Guidelines for NGO Registration
Tamil Nadu Animal Welfare Board — Read all guidelines before applying
- Registration fee of Rs. 3000/- for Recognition of AWOs / NGOs, in the form of Demand Draft in favour of "Tamil Nadu Animal Welfare Board" Payable at Chennai.
- The details of the current office bearers of the Management of the organization with their Aadhar number photocopies.
- The Self Attested copy of the registration certificate of the organization along with bye laws, Rules and Regulations.
- The details of 80 G exemption under Income Tax Act, if any.
- The details of employees of the organization viz. name, salary, designation etc.
- The documents related to the property owned or leased by the organization, if any.
- The copies of the annual audited accounts and income tax returns of the organization for the last two years, if any.
- Any other documents, if considered necessary.
- FCRA Details if any.
- The application is to be submitted with the recommendations of any of the following: Official of District Animal Husbandry Department / Any member from DLMC.
